This set is a 5 inches mini personal portable TV radio powered both battery and DC 12 volt adapter.
On front side bottom screen they're placed the selectors for Radio Tv mode and VHF UHF selectors and a headphones jack.
It' has full continuos tuning for all bands VHF UHF and radio AM FM like pocket radios and backside are located RCA connectors.
The set is based on only 2 analog ICs one for radio and one for TV featuring all functions needed.
The set is very light weight and the quality of the construction isn't that shiny, but far better than any actual crap around.

These circuits include four analog switches, to control the tuning voltage in radio receiver and TV sets.
I searched into all directions: forums, database, Ti Europe, Ti USA, Ti book seller, electronic experts, TV and radio shops, many universities, with no result.

At present time I did not even remember the existence of such ic`s. Those are more likely pertaining type who are not published on data sheet available to public or firms as general development docs. Such kind and many others were available only to developers who intended to use them in prototypes for after use in production in limited exclusive firms regardless as they television sets after used. Many other ics have similar obscurity fate.
DeleteOne of these was the SMPS control ic TEA2162 AND TEA2165 which was even expensively *hight cost hard to get and they were often dedicated to firms who used them reserved/extensively in they products.
In my library i sure have something related but they are buried under a ton of other books which at this time are also not easy to get. In the long term of time may be i will revert them to sun light. In the mean time try to search on webarchive.org
